UPDATE: Cakes & Pre-Purchase Tickets

I just recieved my new ticket via the mail system on my toon that was the first to open the first ticket on the first go around. The first time i opened the ticket on this toon I did not recieve any items. On this second ticket I received all the secondary items? Now what do i do? Put another bug ticket in? I did recieve a lesser tome of learning and a panther, but i did not get the greater tome of learning or the other pets that this toon should have recieved.

Same goes for me, I have only one toon that I have TRed and he is now 15. So he was the one I chose to be the primary on this particular server. So for clarification he got nothing the first time he used a ticket the other day which informed me of him receiving the greater tome and got nothing.

Got the 2nd ticket in the mail today and got:

- Elite Spider Mask
- Lesser Tome of Learning
- Panther Figurine
- XP Elixir

The primary character may not be the one who receives the items - it will be the first alphabetically of characters you've logged in. I'd give it some more time though, the tool is still working away on all the characters it can do as fast as it can but it's still going to take it time to get through them all. Just because you've received mail on some of your characters does not mean it has gotten to all of them yet

No, not being done one-by-one. Mails should be going out across all the worlds.

I asked earlier and it was probably over looked, but will each toon receive a new icon to click? or just one for each one clicked before the 'fix'?

I guess maybe i did not explain it clear enough. I have 5 toons on my account.

First toon to open a pre ticket was Trejin. No goodies. 3 of my other toons opened ticket and recieved the lesser packages (this was expected). My 5th toon opened a ticket and nothing.

So i am waiting on two tickets. I just received a ticket with Trejin. He was supposed to be the toon to get the greater tome of learning and all the greater benefits of this ticket. I just opened the ticket and recieved all the lesser benefits.

When my 5th toon gets a ticket I want that toon to have the lesser benefits. Are you telling me that there is a chance that this 5th toon will get the greater benefits?

Just a reminder: it can take up to 72 hours before all of your characters get the mails. The mails are not sent per account, it is being processed per character. This means that you may receive items on some characters before others and that includes the mails that have pets and tomes.

For example on my own characters (who were also hit by this), my alphabetically first that I'd logged in ended up with no pets before I left the office, and now they're in his mail when I just checked. The character that still needs his lesser tome so I can give him the upgrader still has not received the mail with the ticket just yet. So there's definitely still mails being processed.

(I also ended up remembering that the one I *thought* was alphabetically first turned out to be alphabetically second because I had briefly logged in another character to test something this week. Moral of the story: check your other characters too.)

Give it some time to keep processing the items.

So there will be emails for greater tomes and pets that i need to wait for yet? If thats the case that's where my misunderstanding is. I'll hold tight to see what arrives. I was thinking that this ticket would deliver all of the greater goodies as well.

Well, now I am becoming frustrated. You see, I have three characters who did not get the prepurchase ticket. Daybreaka, Grorzakk and Koshmar. Grorzakk logs on, does his final lesser reincarnation and looks in his inventory and nice, he has one. Nightbreak logs on he already had one, received another. I did not use it, even for a free xp elixir. I want only what I've paid for. It was mailed to Nightreak, not the two toons without one. I am going to wait a couple more days but this is getting frustrating. The one mailed to Nightbreak btc so couldn't send it to one that needs.

Correct the pets and tomes will be separate mails, and they won't necessarily be on the character that you originally tried to get them on (For me, my fighter was the one who lost them, but my monk ended up with the pets and tome because he was alphabetically higher on the list. Now I just need the ticket in my fighter's mail so I can get the lesser tome, mask, and figurine on my Fighter and pass him the Tome upgrader from my monk).

i have the same problem, i wanted the greater tome with a specific character, opened and didn't work got a new one in the mail opened and got the things i should get with the other toons, didn't open anything else... and stil ddidn't use anything... i want the specific toon to get the good stuff and the others the other stuff... not forgeting that if it will happen with all the toons then there are something i won't recieve ever so what exactly to do? open with all and hope for the best? wait for another mail? this waiting thing is not good i really wanted to play alot this week because i am going for a vacation with very little playing time the next month... and i wanted to use the xp tomes to get enough a head of my friends.. and it won't happen because many delayes... too bad...

Today is March 3rd. The post about the tickets being mailed out was posted on March 2nd. Why is there a problem about saying I didnt get anything???

Here is what was supposed to happen.

1) The only thing that is ONLY on one toon is the Greater tome. All the other items (the cosmetic pets, the mask, the onyx panther, XP pot) will be on EVERY character.

2) Also, after you get the Greater tome on the "first" character, every other toon after that gets a lesser tome.

So, what they did to fix it was:
1) They really couldn't tell who was supposed to get the Greater Tome. So, ONE of your characters will get a LESSER TO GREATER upgrade tome that is Bound to Account. You will need to give this item to the character you want to have the greater tome.

2) Every character on your account will receive a new lesser tome, a panther, a mask, and the XP Pot.

I am ending up with two panthers, two masks, two potions and two lesser tomes on most of my toons that did not have problem (and No, you can't summon two panthers at once).

Players who don't have the Shared Bank will be unable to pass the bound-to-account Tome upgrade to another toon.

Just curious as i have not received any mails yet ...
One of my characters has successfully eaten the greater tome.
Will I be receiving a second? If so will it be safe to use on a second chr or would it negate the first?
