    if wasn't previously inventory not gotten not currently mad at turbine cuz everything was received okay:

    PS: I'm probably about 20 logic statements shy of their auto-mailer scripting engine. But hopefully them hitting people who already have things working doesn't preclude them from mailing everyone who got nothing from the first menacing click.

    When we recieve our mail will it be all at the same time for 1 account or can we expect to recieve it on different characters at different times?

    I had 2 characters that did not recieve anything from their ticket and they have not had any mail.

    On the other hand my alphabetically first character recieved another ticket despite recieving all of its items in the first place and did not recieve the pets or the lesser tome upgrade.

    Today is March 3rd. The post about the tickets being mailed out was posted on March 2nd. Why is there a problem about saying I didnt get anything???

    It's cool that you guys are trying to fix everything that you broke and all... hell, not like I shouldn't expect that from a software company for a game I pay for. Patches break stuff, we all know that, especially programmers. Trying to fix it somewhat quickly too, cool and all, I get it takes time to go through thousands and millions of lines of code. But what about all the old **** that you still haven't gotten too... like the broken Epic Ring of the Buccaneers... noticed how you put in the known bugs about the rings that are missing their +5 Prot... but what about the t3 epic rings that lost their +2 luck bonus. I even sent you a screen shot. Unknown issue... hell I sent you a screen shot... that should then bump it up to known issues, whether you know how it was caused or not. If you don't know what broke it... thats fine, understandable... Hell send a new one in the mail. I love how you guys say you CAN'T do anything about it! You can send a replacement in the mail, or even just put it in my inventory. Programmer here also, I know: you just WON'T do anything. So how about a little attention to all the older bugs you guys have put off for so long, and if you don't know how to fix it, well good lord, just make amends and do replacements. Face reality, it literally is just a few clicks of a button for you guys.

    First of all: Good job gettin this issue fixed. You guys did a hell of a job fixing this issue in a short amount of time considering what was going on and the extent to which it was effecting the game. You guys don't get love all that often but you definitely deserve it in this instance.

    Second: I did get the replacement token on my main character, Sethus, and used it and i did recieve all the items. Mask, tome(lesser), xp pot, and figurine. However, i looked on my first character alphabetically, Barranor, and i still haven't recieved the upgrade for the tome or the pets. Will it be coming later than the replacement, potentially? Or was it perhaps and oversight?

    Thanks again man. Grats again on gettin this thing worked out.

    Not mad...but disappointed, yes. Bought the stuff on day-one and I at least was hoping to have it for my weekend playtime. Seeing folks that don't need it get it ahead of those that do is a bit of a head scratcher. The XP tome is what I really want right now. Waiting 72 hours means no Greater XP Tome experience point gorge-fest this weekend for me and I was reeeealllly looking forward to that. Ho-hummm....

    It is very probable that a character might receive something before another character on the same account. The delivery system is going by characters and not by accounts as it's moving through the list.

    Did you log Barranor in this week after the problems started happening? Just asking since they said the first character, alphabetically, that was logged in this week.

    Yes, same here.

    Problem is that I am receiving what appears to be duplicates. Much like what was described here and in another post recently. Though the toon that had the error to begin with has not received anything.

    Not sure if I should wait and see, or bug report this... or pull my hair out.

    Talking Hoarders is the problem!

    If all you "masterwork" item hoarders out there didn't have so much junk in your inventories/banks/shared slots to query thru, this would be a 10 minute DB find/not/add job run! :-]

    Sweet... 80 dollars and 6 days later.. I have everything on all my toons... Um you forgot to send the Greater Learning tome to the character i activated it on first.. Whole reason I bought it was for the greater tome and people still are gettting them.


    How and when will this be addressed?

    Actually it is only 8:30pm EST on March 2nd. If you read the post it was made at 5pm EST on March 2nd so it has only been 3.5 hrs since they last updated. And yes I am still one of the ones waiting for my mains to receive the items as I still don't have my cosmetic pets or greater tome.

    To the person who asked about per account/char they're doing it per character i guess. I have received a couple on some toons as has my husband and they are still going out to different toons as he just received the main items which he missed out on and I am still waiting for those.
