UPDATE March 2nd 5:00 PM Eastern (-5 GMT): Latest information regarding cakes & pre-order items
Players may now activate any cakes or pre-purchase tickets in their character inventories to receive their items. Expansion pre-purchase tickets will now behave as outlined in our FAQ. For those who did not receive their items from the cake or pre-purchase tickets, we are in the process of delivering the items to the affected characters. You do not need to submit a ticket to receive assistance. Please review the information below. Note that it can take up to 72 hours before all cakes and pre-order items have been restored to all of the affected players:
6 Year Old Birthday Cake ReplacementsIf you did not properly receive your item from the Djinni (e.g. missing or inappropriate stack size), a replacement slice of cake will been sent to the affected character(s) through the in-game mail system. Please log in and visit an in-game mailbox to receive the item. You do not need to send a support ticket to receive this mail. Please note:
- Mailboxes are located throughout the DDO game world. They are represented on the in-game map by an orange scroll icon.
- To detach the item, click the "detach" button at the bottom right of the message.
- IMPORTANT: Please ensure that you have room in your inventory before detaching your item!
- WARNING: Please detach your item as soon as possible! Once an in-game mail is opened it will be automatically deleted after 5 days regardless of whether it still has an attachment, so don't forget to detach when you check your mail! Unopened mail will remain in your in-game mailbox for two weeks before it is automatically deleted, regardless of whether it still has an attachment!
- If you are on Korthos Island, the closest mailbox must be accessed by skipping ahead of the Korthos story and visiting the harbor mailbox. This can be done by speaking to Valeria Sinderwind on the east side of the village. Select the option to skip the Korthos story (note that you can return to Korthos to complete quests even if you select this option).

- Of character’s you’ve logged in this week, the first one alphabetically will receive replacement pets and collars. You do not need to transfer the pets to another character; activating your pets on this character will bestow them across all your characters on that server. If you don’t see the items on the character you expect, please be sure to check your other characters.
Missing Tomes:
- Your characters will receive a duplicate "Menace of the Underdark: Pre-purchase Ticket" in the mail. Activating these tickets will bestow a Lesser Tome of Learning to the character.
- Additionally, of character’s you’ve logged in this week, the first one alphabetically on your account will receive a "Tome of Learning Upgrade - Lesser to Greater" in the mail. If you don’t see the items on the character you expect, please be sure to check your other characters.
This item is Bound to Account, and you may pass it to the character of your choice using the Shared Bank. If you do not have access to a “Shared Bank” please submit an account support ticket for assistance or visit our support site at https://support.turbine.com. After your character has used their Lesser Tome of Learning, activate the Upgrade tome, which will convert your character's XP bonus from Lesser to Greater. Note that you need to activate the Lesser Tome of Learning prior to using your Upgrade tome.
Standard Edition

Ok so there's a lot to digest there, but the gist is: items will appear in your character mail and it's going to take our delivery mechanism some time to chew through all the deliveries (worst case 72 hours to hit the final recipients). Be sure to read through the details above if you're confused about which character(s) get what.

my toon radiantlove did not get all 25 mana pots..i got one... my toon arcanepanda didnt get the pots eaither...my fighter didnt get the tome\

You don't need to make a post, the items are going to be automatically sent to your in-game mail. Be sure to read the original post for the latest info, click here.

Hey, Tolero, your support links are either malfunctioning or they've been hijacked and do not point to support.turbine.com. They redirect to something else.
Great work, Turbine Team! Way to handle this promptly and efficiently! The best part is that you keep us informed - even with simple comments like "we're still working on it, thanks for your patients" It really helps us see that you're working on it. I really feel the biggest complaint (after reading hoards of forum posts) is that when something is wrong, not enough information is given to the community and then rumors start to spread and get out of hand.
So, thanks, again, for keeping us informed: we feel *much* better about the situation! Keep up the great work!
Anyway, so Tolero mentioned to use out-of-game support for payment issues and a few other things, if I remember correctly. What about the 11k TP package up-sell? I received the 2k from the MotU package, but not the up-sell points. I looked at the support page, but I don't see where I should submit it. Any ideas, folks? Thanks, in advance

Thanks, for the quick reply, Cordovan. I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail with the MotU code (I have the PayPal statement, though). I copied the code into myaccount.turbine.com as soon as I purchased the pack. Under Game Version History it lists MotU Collector's Edition but I can't see the code. Is there another way for me to find it?
I'm gonna guess you guys had a way to autofigure out who redeemed but did not get their stuffs. So there's no threadpost/account-ticket/etc type thing we need to have done to get said in-game mail (within the next 72 hours) to our first alpha-character.
