Tolero, are you aware that the listed tech support number for Turbine account management gives you a fax/modem tone rather than tech support?

When I navigate through my Turbine account to try and get help with the fact that I paid for the expansion and can't seem to activate it I find this link:

Wanted to double check on this - I just tried calling that number and it went through. Possible digit reversal?

They ever gonna fix the problem with the Tome of Learning Upgrade - Lesser to Greater? Used my Lesser Tome of Learning from MotU preorder before I TR'd and after the TR I can not use my Tome of Learning Upgrade - Lesser to Greater. Tells me I don't meet the prereqs. I've submitted 4 tickets including in game and bug reports. No response.

Wait about 20 minutes, you should get a code in your email but there is a delay.

When I bought it there was a confirmation page that had the key code near the top. Got the email. of course, that had it there too but didn't have to wait.

This is a known issue and they are working on it and they were planning to put the fix in with the next normal patch. They decided to not do a hotfix for it.

It seems the problem is that, although you are getting the xp bonus, the flag that marks the character as having used the lesser tome is getting reset on TR. Its inconvenient but not as game breaking as the stuff that was hotfixed recently.

And another thing. Is it correct or just a rumor that premiums get 2 extra character slots per server?
