It is safe. As of the hotfix yesterday morning any new pre-purchases won't run into this at all.

Thanks for the update. Please consider extending the 10% XP bonus going on since there are a lot of people who planned to TR and level around getting the bundle and such before the mess happened.

I was fortunate enough to get the items on my main char but I know that's not true with others.

When you have a row of beings side by side smashing heads against wall (that is how I imagined it) on a crit miss I would have to say Thac0 wouldnt come into play, though if side by side isnt the case then yes we would have to roll Thac0. still be a funny sight. Ive seen something similar in the real world.

Too bad Dev posts aren't tweeted out to the masses automatically. I used to follow indivual Devs...but that got messy... :-). It is nice getting them from the DDO Store....but in lieu of this. ... I usually tweet important Dev responses back out to my guild to read on our forums or their smart phone.

Now that you are closer to putting out this fire- and good job with your response by the way, what about the consensus that seems to be building epic scrolls not dropping in any content other than the new quests? I understand that some level of triage is necessary, but it would be nice to see that this problem is at least acknowledged.

Not that I would have noticed if I could have TRed my rogue that is now waiting on het Greater Tome of Learning from the prepurchase.

Being concerned, I addressed this with others in channels on Orien last evening. Some of those in the channels have confirmed that epic scrolls (other than Web chain) ARE dropping.

I noticed, too, that there were a couple of reports towards the end of the thread questioning the drops indicating that epic scrolls WERE dropping.

Scrolls don't drop every time. Might just be a product of circumstance. *shrug*

No offense, but that isn't the easiest way for us to get the information when you put a perm link to this thread that says "UPDATE Item Delivery Issues: For the latest information on pre-purchase ticket & cake item delivery issuses, please click here."

I assume that when I click that link AND it has update information on it that it is being updated with the info. Turns out you are responding on page 25 of the thread instead of updating the first page where the sticky link goes. Maybe it's just me, but that seems kinda lame. The last update was last night...it also says "LATEST information" which isn't true.

I still have to cull through your posts for the day if I use the dev tracker. Could you please update the front page when you change this info so I don't have to keep hunting to find out when Turbine is going to deliver the product that I have paid for?
