Not one to post much, been vip since game has came out....ate lesser learing tome did a +3 heart, gave new panther, so i click it gave all that it should have...was another lesser tome tried to eat it, would not let me cuz i already have, cool...thought i would upgrade , spent 600 points for greater tome.....it says i am not ELIGIBLE for this (((((((( will not let me upgrade. Now what do i do, I was getting ready for tring will tring fix this then i can upgrade???

Receive replacement ticket on a toon that already had one but NOT on my main toon where everything went wrong !

They do already know about this issue. Any reincarnation between eating a lesser (LR, GR, TR), and upgrading to a greater tome of learning is bugged. Tolero's quote is below. Note, although she only references TR, I believe there is enough evidence to suggest this is a problem with all reincarnation.....

Ok, 2 of 3 toons got they cake and stuff but the main is still missing. Hongxiamao is missing learning-tome, pet and rest of goodies... hopefully they also drop in mail soon. Happy for you loonies who have already got all of your stuff!! Keep it rolling Turbine :-D

Click "Dev tracker" at the top left and read Tolero's posts. She was up until 4am posting replies to concerned citizens.

ALL your toons will receive replacement tickets. Some will receive them before others. It might take 72 hours.

All the information is easily available. Please be patient.

Selvä, all 3 toons have ther mask, xp pot... but still no pets (and my toons don't have hireling folder) or tome-of-learning :-(

got the replacement ticket this morning:
results:
Main character:
mask - OK
tome - wrong one (lesser instead of greater , i already ate one greater anyway)
panther - OK
pets - nothing
collars - nothing

tried the ticket on an alt who already used one
mask - one more (so 2)
tome - one more (so 2)
panther - one more (so 2)
pets - nothing
collars - nothing

This toon also had a cake issue and it wasnt solved either ,even if i dont care
So, imo ,just stop the tickets mailing ,they dont work yet.

It is working. You just have yet to receive the extra items. See "Dev Tracker" at top left to follow Tolero's extremely patient explanations. The whole process might take three days. Please be patient and read her posts.

Now I wonder, if people already got and used a greater tome, but got the bug on a different character, did they also recieve a free lesser to greater EXP upgrade tome?

Got my replacement on the first character that used it...used the new one and...only got the mask, panther, and "lesser" tome....never got the "Greater" tome or the 3 pets...submitted new ticket and bug report....still waiting to hear back from them

*edit*the items were sent to the wrong character...but finally got them...thanks Turbine ;-)

That info is in the OP. It's separate mailings, and you won't get a greater tome, you'll get an upgrade tome. Patience, it's all still coming, no ticket required

Apparently the tool doing the mailings is still churning, hasn't got to cake related stuff yet. give it a couple days, lots of toons to churn though
