Are you saying that if i have a fundamental disagreement with someone on the forums then i should pretend that it didn't happen and group merrily with them in-game. If I don't do this i am of dubious character?

Are you from another planet? You might like to think that this would occur - we are however the 'sum total of all of our experiences' and this passtime is no different. if someone annoys/flames/rants at me on the forums why should i pay 15$/month to group with that person in-game? This game is about escapism, stress relief and having 'fun' - it is not about me spending cash to get myself even more annoyed by borderline personality disordered people with access to internet and a credit card.

And it gets back to this...

This matter can easily be cleared up by you actually reading what I wrote. You can feign outrage at words I never wrote all you want, I will not stop you but my words are clear enough for anyone else to read.

If there is someone who annoys you or you do not want to group with, that is for you to decide. How can you confuse me saying things like this with what you wrote above? Nothing you wrote resembles my beliefs or words really. Who am I to tell you....what exactly?

I personally will probably never do the same as you or others by closing people off with grouping with them based off something from the forums. Even in game I generally don't do that, even some that might deserve it I give them second chances. If I was to put my foot down and say I will never group with so and so, I might be missing out on getting to know them better at a future date. Why not make the effort to keep that door open? I am not saying you or anyone else have to do this like me, I am just expressing how I would handle it.

If I personally offended you or insulted you, to me that is one thing. If you simply disagree with me from the forums and take that arguement to the game, that is another matter entirely. Bringing disagreements into the game seems silly to me, at least. I would hope others could see that as well. I would hope that while in game we as players could focus on the tasks at hand, not bicker about our disagreements from the forums we might have with another. It would cause a good amount of uneeded grief with people who yes, might disagree with you on the forums but are probably like you in wanting to get into game to to have, use the game as a form escapism or stress relief. Do you not get what I am saying here?

My perspective? Every person from every country is taught the language of the majority of people in that country. Or in some cases, the official language of that country. America is no different. We speak, write, read and communicate generally in english because that is the language we know and were taught in school growing up.

It is not about my experience, it is about reality. The reality being that there is no such thing as an American language. We might use words or phrases that people in Great Britian, Canada or Australia do not use but it does not change the fact we use the english language just like those other countries who's official language is english. I am not trying to make you look bad yet the facts are what they are. Let it go.

He happens to be an American who lives in Australia with his wife and child. I still live in the US. Hope that helps.

Mate I can assure almost unequivocally. Noone cares. If people are targeting you and your brother in game it will invariably be because you have done stupid **** in game and they dont want to get crapped on because you may do it again.
