Default Please make duplicates of all saga givers and put in one location

It is a royal pain to visit each saga giver location in different realms to check progress on quests. Please just give us a single location to see progress. It doesn't make sense that saga givers are in random locations. Random locations that have nothing to do with the quests the saga is based on sometimes. Harbor quests sagas in estar etc.

It is a pain to have to do quests to get XP. I think I should get XP and loot just by talking to the questgivers.

Yeah right cause that's exactly what the OP said.

Saga NPCs are randomly scattered about the map with no rhyme or reason with the exceptions being Gianthold and 3BC.

I agree with the OP that the Saga NPCs should be placed more strategically or else placed all in close proximity to each other in ES.
My take on "the grind": https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthrea...=1#post6220972

Ordinary humans have inhibitions that serve as a buffer against what we know is bad behavior.
However, some people, by blaming others for their own bad behavior, develop a thought pattern that allows them to override self-control in order to achieve a selfish end.
    - My opinion on exploiters and cheaters blaming SSG for unfair punishment.

That's not what the OP is asking for.
They're asking for a spot where Ravenloft, Sharn, EStar, Gianthold, 3BC saga rewards could be obtained all at once. It's not just about the EStar ones being placed awkwardly, but really about not wanting to do the effort of running to those places to get virtually banked XP/renown.

OP goes through the effort of banking the rewards for later profit, but doesn't want to go through the effort of going to the bank to retrieve it.

Edit: if all you want is a way to see saga progress, I'd actually be in favor of some form of Saga UI telling you which quests are currently flagged as completed.

Wouldn't mind having them all in another location as well. Makes sense to me. Maybe in the Hall of heroes, you could have an NPC or Kiosk that one could interact with that would have all sagas available. Don't need 20 people in 1 location.
Darkwinn, Milkus, Terismina, Gothmawg, Dreylock, Drunarah, Bigbhamboo, etc on Sarlona / Brixlynn, Mofus, Curgoth, Deidlit, etc on Ghalanda.

I don't think they need to create a "Saga Turn in Central Location"

It seems to me the OP is more about "What do I still have pending on a Saga" then they are about having to go to each location to actually turn it in.

If that is the case then in my mind the better route would be a tab in the Adventure Compendium that outlines the quests completed and current points earned per saga. This would make the "central location" where your character is at that exact moment. Thus making your next move "where you want to go to move forward"

    +1

Another tab in the compendium is a great QOL improvement.

Default Saw the headline and came here to say what others have already said.

The AC should have a 'saga' tab, displaying the saga name, saga NPC, saga NPC location, and all the quests of that saga and their completion status. Rewards could also be included but IMO not as important.

Quest givers are not centralized because that's not how it works in "real life" D&D. You meet someone in a tavrn, that someone sends you far away, you come back to the bar for your reward. Convenience is the exception, not the rule.

Nice place, friendly folk, good loot, you should check it out.

It's possible to get there at Level 1, but you have to have reincarnated and have either a passport or key from your previous life - but then there's nothing to do there until 11 at the earliest (which is F2P).

F2P can get there via F2P quests as low as level 12 (the quest chain is QL 16).

(Not exactly sure how a Lvl 11 Character gets there, as Wiki suggests).

Maybe have saga people in a guild ship state room?
L150 or higher as a requirement?

How about some middle ground solution where it is in some guild ship room with all the sagas after you have already interracted with the saga givers in their normal location? The game is so grindy, might as well as simplify it a little here and there like this. I am not VIP and would be fine if this is ViP only too.

why not have 1 saga npc in the hall of heroes and on the ship that holds all saga's?
and have a npc that hands out every (non chain) quest in the game in one go? great for tr'ing.....

what I usually do is save my sagas for a guild renown weekend, or if that doesn't happen i turn them in for renown before I TR. and yeh, it is a royal pain to tick them all off, or to realise '****, I forgot that one odd quest again and now i have to run it rq on a weekend where I actually do not have any time to play at all'.

pretty sure a saga tab in the log or compendium has been requested several times already over the years, but for some reason it is not something that is getting any attention.
