Epic Destiny strangeness after Epic Reincarnation

So I just Er'd and took my first of three Ancient Tactics martial stance. I have 6mm Karma in Primal, Arcane and Divine spheres and 889,066 Martial Karma. I am level 20 with 395,763 experience and started this epic run in Shadowdancer. Any idea where my "extra" martial karma came from? AFAIK my current exp and ED Karma have always matched perfectly (up to 6mm of course) as long as did not change ED spheres. Obviously its not a big deal, just curious what caused it and if anyone has seen this before.

So I just ER'd taking ancient tactics in Martial, I am level 20 with zero experience toward level 21 and I still have 1,432,398 exp in Martial ED sphere. Again, not complaining but I have not seen this until recently, did something change? Are destinies now "banking" extra karma above 6 mil?

When you flag your character for epic reincarnation, your karma is consumed and reset. However, you don't have to do the reincarnation right away. You can stay at 30, run content, gain karma... Is this what happened to you? Have you gained XP after turning in the heart?

Did you buy your EPL and then quest a while at 30 before doing the actual reincarnation?
