What's the best class for farming racial PL's? A class that can manage to solo if no groups are around on reaper if possible.
Thanks.

hands down
it's boring but you pretty much can't fail.
I did 6 lives in a row (3 warlock, 3 gnome racial) and that was as much as I could take. Still running racials but on just about anything but warlock. Still it's slow going to I expect to return back to warlock and try and do every 3rd as maybe a rogue mechanic or arty.
“Bad men need nothing more to compass their ends, than that good men should look on and do nothing. He is not a good man who, without a protest, allows wrong to be committed in his name, and with the means which he helps to supply, because he will not trouble himself to use his mind on the subject.”
I like Favored soul blaster cc healer. Great in parties and can solo.
First, understand that, for this, all you want is an 18-level build. You'll hit 18, bank 20, then grab (or get passed) your 20 tokens and done, so the last 2 levels add only for an insignificant period.
So, in fact, you can front-load power and, so long as the back end doesn't fail, it's all a win. You aren't going on to Epics, so don't worry about that level of long-term character foresight.
Warlock is a solid leveler. Once you have a few lives under your belt (for the build points), adding 1 (only) level of Rogue (or, better, Artificer) lets you get the +30% trap XP for even faster leveling (and the dog, for everything a dog adds). (And, obviously, Artificer PL's help here.) If you don't like trapping or can't squeeze out the skill points, you could consider instead throwing a starting level of Barbarian in there for faster running - it's that powerful.
This build also comes highly recommended, as it was designed specifically for that purpose, RR's.

Similar is the Arti 6/Rog 6/Fighter 6 repeater build - another winner (and doesn't require Monk).
Oh trust me 6 consecutive warlock lives I tried it all. I liked the insta kill build the best but it was still relatively slow going.
Hell I even tried the "no temp HP" build and it was more interesting but slower to level. I am assuming he just wants to pound out lives no fail style on R1 and a warlock can do that first life easy peasy.

Sorc is hands down one of the fastest for quick racial past lives, once you get fireball the life is basically done
you can even throw in 1 or 2 barb levels for fast movement and sprint boost and blood tribute (150 fake hp that last one minute for -1 con)

I you are going 1-20 only and solo - sorc, monk, barbarian, warlock and various multiclass builds are all great. If you are going to 30 monk, great crossbow and warlock are probably the best for soloing. If you are grouping most of the time melee for sure as dps is everything in a group and that's mostly what is needed.
Warlock
U can consider 16 warlock 2 rogue or monk if u tr at 20
At 16 take wail as spell

In game in Cannith as
Aborim Master (main toon) --- Nickallin (my tank)--- Jjnick (warlock 30) --- Nickpunick ()--- Nickruvido (my healer)--- Nickallinone (shuri build)
guild: not Flagged ( ex guardiani di eberron, ex gods, ex kvp)
Why so many recommend monk when monk is the hardest life around?
I think Warlocks advantage is because it is generally simple gearing requirements and the need to only work in the Heroic.
However, for me I've been enjoying using the Cleric and Wizard classes as I work on two different characters.
Cleric because of the Domain system - this gives me a different flavor as I do a different Domain each life - fun to synergize domain with race
Wizard, well because I enjoy a more "control" style play over "blasting" style play
Additionally, the classes works well solo or in a group. I've yet to be denied entry to a group because of my class
Keep in mind that "fast" also includes the idea of you actually playing. Does not matter how fast you are if you don't join the race![]()
The one that you enjoy playing the most.
I did virtually all of mine on fvs warsoul. Still love it.
Well, warlock is prob easiest,
But boring after many lives
What I've done is build something specific for each race life
It's like doing completionist,
You get to test out different builds
Gives you a very deep understanding of the game,
And what each type of build brings
I would suggest you try some stuff out,
You will prob be happier

After recently doing a sorc, warlock and monk from 1-20 I can safely say that Sorc is hands down the fastest, warlock is easily the easiest and monk feels left behind. I wouldn't recco monk for 1-20 unless you're in a duo with a sorc/warlock/instakiller or you're bored of playing casters. Monk is very solid in epic levels though, while sorc/warlock need to turn to DC builds or fall behind.
Selvera: Aasimar Fighter 20/Epic 10; Old and wise fighter.
Jen: Half Elf Fvs 4; Healer Archer on a TR with friends
Mayve: Drow Bard 14/Wizard 6/Epic 7; Vampire Enchantress
If you're starting more or less from scratch then warlock really beats it all. All the little things add up like expeditious retreat/haste, nightshield, displacement, UMD, ddoor, etc in addition to the endless free ranged DPS and good defenses. If you can replicate a lot of that stuff with gear, PLs, and meta knowledge then the gap starts to close with the other builds mentioned.
