I think the finders fee is a percentage of the cost to join one of the alliance guilds. So.. thats $0.00 multiplied by 13%... so yeah, you get exactly..... 0.00 dollars :P

The Alliance was originally created to allow players to remain in their own smaller guilds, yet enable them to take advantage of the benefits that are found when one is a member of a larger community.

Guilds that are friends with any of the above guilds should look into joining the Alliance, and becoming a brother/sister-guild.

I think he was just messing with you. World of Warcraft is about Alliance vs Horde. Tauren (race of minotaurs, basically) are a member of the latter. Horde joining Alliance just isn't something that happens in their storyline. Nice play on words though.

Anyways, wasn't there an in game channel for this? I know I've seen it mentioned somewhere but I never could find the thing.

It's been a long time since any of us have even used the channel, and we have outgrown it as of late. We had fun in the channel at first but over time we feel the Alliance became too sporadic and unpredictable....not quite what we were expecting. Either way no hard feelings and see ya in game!

Well first of all Donnie....there is no "removing" if you choose not to use the Alliance chat as an additional tool to fill groups...that is fine.

As far as "sporadic" and "unpredicatable" goes I am not sure what you mean...as I tell my fellow guildies "You will get out of the guild/Alliance WHAT YOU PUT INTO IT."

Not sure what you were "expecting" as well...it is a shared chat channel is all it is. It makes for a closer network of players and provides additional opportunity to build stronger bonds with players.

No hard feelings for sure, but what perplexes me are the "its not working so I am gone" sentiment.
