Hi. Why bother with smiting arrows ?

Only affects constructs, I don’t see a lot of those
questing...

Does the reduced attack speed only affect
construct as well ? Even if it affects all (except
bosses of course), how is 25% reduced attack
speed better then the fear in terror arrows or
the paralyzing effect of paralyzing arrows ?

I see smiting arrows recommended in most guides,
but terror and paralyzing arrows not recommended.

What am I missing concerning smiting arrows ?
