Is Spectral Dagger an anti-Reaper weapon?

Spectral Dagger and Spectral Throwing Dagger are Ghostbane and Evil Outsider Bane. The only incorporeal evil outsiders I can think of are Reapers, and maybe some of the Quori.

Reapers are LN, so Evil Outsider Bane won't work on them.

Wiki said they're Lawful Evil Incorporeal outsiders, which made me think they'd be perfect Reaper beaters. Is the wiki entry on Reaper alignment incorrect?

Actually, they're lawful evil. I'm pretty sure they started out as lawful neutral but at some point they were changed to lawful evil. (Tested)

Yes on both accounts - daggers are Reaper killers (wish the L4 throwing dagger was BTA) and Reapers are LE.

Yes it is slightly annoying. Especially for the dagger which I could just make a L4 for every character to use and keep in the shared bank account. Now I have to decide if I want to A)grind keys with multiple characters and B) use up inventory slots on multiple characters.

Next time you see a Reaper (that you haven't aggro'd ), select and use "Examine" - LE, straight down the line.
