For the 12/8 paladin/fighter you didn't take Divine Might, which is itself much of the value of the paladin levels. You also didn't take keen edge, which puts you behind the 8-ball dps-wise since you don't have enough pally levels for the holy sword spell. It looks like you're aiming for roughly the same build concept as my Kensei Warpriest.

I have no opinion on the warlock build, having no experience with warlocks myself.

I didnt go for Divine Might due to the low CHA score.
I didnt go for keen edge due to having level 5 in KOTC, cant also have level 5 in kensai.
Whether i have completely screwed things up due to that is quite possible.
And yes the kensai warpriest does have a lot in common
