New SR data for wiki

In u36 we can see changes in SR value for players.

About SR in item:
It's changes only in 4 items( heroic and legendary version of: Drow Outrunner Armor and Whirling Words)

Post screen of heroic and legendary rune arm (if it possible)

Changes in armor:
Heroic: Q SR 6 -> 5
Legendary: Q SR 14 -> 10

I'll try to do some testing this afternoon. Not sure how many Pages torn from a research notebook (regular) and blister beetles (insightful) I have, though, so it's up in the air how many tests I can do.

Note to self: If you farm up collectables for testing, do it on live servers and then transfer that character to lama.

Also, my collectable farmer is currently wearing crafted ML21 spell resistance and insightful spell resistance items, so don't make any ML21s. I'll update the sheet with those values when I transfer her over, which won't be until I'm done with all collectable farming for these tests.

EDIT: Looks like right now I have 16 blister beetles and 66 pages torn from a research notebook, meaning I can may 4 regular and 3 insightfuls immediately.

Any suggestions for which levels I should make with those?

Looking at the few values already filled in, I don't see a pattern for regular but the insightful scaling appears to be the same as doublestrike.

Doublestrike values change at:

ML10: 6
ML11: 7
ML13: 8
ML15: 9
ML18: 10
ML20: 11
ML22: 12
ML25: 13
ML27: 14
ML29: 15
PL32: 16
PL34: 17

The initial values are ML14: 8 (same), ML20: 11 (same) and PL34: 17 (same).

I also added table* with theoretical value (INS SR = double strike, SR ~ 2*INS SR).

We also need gather some info about INS Wizardry. (http://ddowiki.com/page/Cannith_Crafting/table_3b some value are theoretical)

JOTMON sent me most of the collectables I needed to craft everything, and I farmed the rest.

All suspected values for spell resistance, insightful spell resistance, and insightful wizardry are now confirmed.

Boy, I wish I'd seen this before I spent the past hour or so logging on Character A, pulling the requisite collectables, logging off, copying Character A to Lama, logging back on to bank the collectables, then switching to Character B... and C... D... lol
