I set up an alternate "home" page for ddowiki for personal use, but figured others might like it also. The basic idea was to put most of the stuff I always navigate to or search for on a single page with no text to minimize scrolling.
For years I used the Quests by Name page as my default wiki bookmark, but once the enhancement pass rolled around I switched to using the Enhancements page as my default bookmark. That's served me well, but I don't need any of the text on that page for my entry to the wiki, and often find myself clicking over to destinies, feats, items, or spells, so I figured the simplest solution would be to put all the headers for those pages on one page with no text.
The headers ended up being close but not quite, so I set up some new templates to streamline the presentation and voila.
Usage:
The guts of the dashboard is in templates, which means you can configure it to hide sections you don't care about, and also choose between wide and narrow displays depending if you want to use it on your phone or on your desktop.
Here's how my personal dashboard looks, which you're free to use as your bookmark if you like. If you have a wiki account, you can create your own version under your user account on wiki to customize it to your tastes.

You can also just use the main template directly as your bookmark, which will show you default views:

Finally, there's an offsite version set up by Knobull from this post. This version is leaner and meaner since there's no side sections.
DDO wiki Dashboard
There was some initial drama surrounding the introduction of the dashboard, but that seems to have settled down.
