Need Help from the Devs

Game crashed while I was doing an epic reincarnation. When I tried logging back in I got a message "character is already in game" and could not load the toon. I have put in a ticket in-game, but haven't heard anything yet. Tried to put a ticket in online, but that doesn't seem to be functional now.

How do I get this resolved?

While waiting for official help, try logging into the same server on a different character. That may flush the old character, similar to how if someone from your party logs out then logs in on a different character the logged out character disappears from your party.

Had already tried that. No go.

My toon doesn't show a location on the toon selection screen. I suspect that has something to do with the problem.
