    Default Another Bug: Red Fens

The quest from Ravenwing to help the sahuagin Ta Prin cannot be completed. Even after finishing Ta Prin's quest twice, raven wing only says "What are you doing here, go help Ta Prin" or words to that effect.

Ta Prin is the quest giver, though, isn't he? Don't you have to talk to him to collect your reward?

Yes, you get a reward from Ta Prin but Ravenwing just remains as an open quest. I think he is where you get the golden pearl.

did you speak with Ta Prin after completing Into the Deep? after completing the chain that allows access to Into the Deep, you have no need to talk to him again, unless you TR that resets everything.

You are the one choosing not to play alts.

Casual player now investing way less than I used to into the game, playing 1-3 months at a time and still want nothing to do with Reaper. #improvepuggrouping#alldifficultiesmatter

Golden pearls (and verdant and rosy) are collectables from clam shells found throughout the red fens wilderness and quests.

as mentioned above, his dialogue is just part of the flagging for Into the Deep. After that, there is no need to speak to him. It is Ta Prin that gives a reward list for Into the Deep but there is no 'end chain' reward list for doing all four (based on other packs, this is an oddity of Red Fens).

Into the Deep reward list features the other half of the item sets so people might run it multiple times for them.

It is a Known Bug-- erm-- a Feature.

When you finish Into the Deep, you must speak with the Ta Prin (the dude at the end of that long cave tunnel, with the rest shrine nearby).

However! There is a problem-- you are given overlapping dialog boxes-- TAKE CARE!

Do NOT select the treasure for Into The Deep (which sometimes includes the arty hand-cannon Pea Shooter) until you finish the CONVERSATION dialog-- which typically is **behind** the treasure dialog.

Carefully move the treasure dialog box away (mouse-click and drag) from the center-- to expose the CONVERSATION.

Complete the conversation-- THEN select your end reward.

You cannot do it in reverse-- selecting the treasure closes BOTH.

That prevents you from completing the whole chain. And leaves the "Uncompleted" icon over the Drow back in the camping area (near the entrance to the wilderness)-- this is the Leader at the top of the little bluff, where you get the first three quests from-- and this leader directs you to go talk to Ta Prin to start Into the Deep.

Since there is a workaround? (as above) The Feature has never been fixed.

Hint: If you are like me, and OCD about completing story lines? Simply repeating Into The Deep (by clicking on Ta Prin) will re-spawn both the treasure dialog and the conversation dialog....
