Quest Ransack Not Working Properly?

I am not sure exactly what is wrong but after the patch this morning, quest ransack is not working properly.

For example, I ran The Lords of Dust this morning at Epic Normal difficulty. My previous run was on 9/27/16. At that time I was not under any Ransack penalties and I only ran it once. Yet, when I ran it just now, I was hit with a penalty as if I had already played it once today and I was also not offered any Commendations of Valor for a reward.

Next I ran A Legend Revisited, again on Epic Normal. My last run was yesterday, but after the previous quest I used /ransack to make sure it was off ransack, which it was. When I completed the quest I was hit with a penalty as if I had already run it once, today, and when I went to turn it in I was not offered Commendations of Valor.

Then I ran Old Tomb, New Tenants. My last run was on 9/25/16 prior to completing an Epic Past Life. Again, upon completing the quest I was hit with a penalty as if I had already run it today, and again, when turning it in, I was not offered Commendations.

If more people have the same issue it may be worth looking into.

I just entered Detour. My last run was on 9/16/16. All quest objectives show -20% ransack penalty upon entry. After completing the first three objectives they now show as -40% penalty.

Please note that all of the above applies to two different characters on two different accounts.

Edit: All quest objectives and overall quest subject to -20% ransack penalty upon completion even though I have not played it since 9/16/16. At least on my accounts something is definitely wrong.

Edit: I just entered Lost in the Swamp. All objectives show a -20% ransack penalty upon entry for both my ladies. I last ran the quest on 9/16/16 during a previous Epic Past Life.

Edit: I just completed all the High Road quests and they all have the same issue--all optional objectives -20% ransack on entry, quest -20% ransack on completion, and no Commendations of Valor in the final reward list.

Just ran Trial by Fury, The Deal and the Demon and Reclaiming the Rift. All had a -20% penalty and no CoV available in the Quest Reward list. I haven't run these quests since last week, had an eTR in between runs and have never run any of these quests more that once per TR or eTR.

Please fix, I'll bet this becomes a big issue over the weekend.

Same here. I was logging on to post, but saw your thread. Apparently, it has to do with the optionals. If completing a quest without first time bonus, doing an optional automatically gives -20% ransack to quest xp. That is what my leveling group has noticed so far.

Also, be aware that it affects end reward lists upon quest completion. Triggering 20% ransack causes no comms or heart seeds to appear.

Since the update I've been running EE Sagas on a Character that hasn't run anything for at least 4 days and I'm getting -20% Penalty on every quest I check the XP Sheet for.

I've also noticed a distressing lack of both Heart Seeds/Comms and Renown in End Reward Lists - I'm running EEs on a Lvl 30, Quests I haven't run in days and I'm not getting the End Rewards I should be getting or the XP I should be getting.

I don't suppose we could get a +30% xp bonus going while you look into it to help offset the ransack penalties.

I should have been off ransack by today for Slavers, but I ran it this morning after the patch and I was getting ransack message in the quests.

Happening to me as well. I'm inclined to think the devs owe us some commendations in recompense.

Seeds and Comms are not being Awarded in quest reward lists where they should be!

The -20% xp is based on a quest ransack penalty and Seeds/Comms are only supposed to be in the end reward list on 1st daily run!

Well. I'm glad I'm away this weekend. This would be extremely frustrating to try to play through. Here's hoping they get a hotfix out today otherwise I shudder to think what this might do to active player numbers.

I rarely miss an opportunity to play, but I think I will take a break until this is fixed.
