Planner update for current live (u32).

Thanks to all wiki editors who helps me and Cordovan for https://forums-old.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php?p=5858836.
I'll update and support this planner.
Post here bugs, errors, grammar mistake, and improvement idea.

If someone have problem with planner:

1. You may use alternative http://ccplanner.byethost6.com/
2. Or you may refresh page. If you use Chrome and refresh page doesn't solve problem try hard refresh (CTRL+F5 / Cmd+Shift+R for Mac) or :
   
   1. You need to manually clear cache for planner site. Go to "Setting"
   2. In "Advanced" open "Content Settings"
   3. Go to "Cookies"
   4. Open "See all cookies and site data"
   5. Remove "ccplanner.byethost14.com" and "byethost14.com"
