Default Want to buy expansions, can I?

I'm thinking of buying the "Dungeons & Dragons Online™: Shadowfell Conspiracy™ Collector's Edition - Digital Download" pack, and "Dungeons & Dragons Online™: Menace of the Underdark™ Base Edition - Digital Download".

Thing is, I already have Shadar-kai bought, and a total of 9 character slots (I'm not sure the max slots you can have).

I think with some of the in-game bundles, if you have one part already purchased, you can't buy the bundle. Does the same work with these expansions, paid with cash instead of points?

Ah. Do you know about the iconic, though? I have one already, but can I still get the expansion?

    Yes, you can.

You can also buy collector's edition and base edition to get both additional benefits (such as character slots and TP).
Only limitation is you can apply each version once.

On a related note, I'm wondering if someone can help with a little problem my friend is having trying to purchase the expansions (both Shadowfell and MotU).

A friend of mine who is playing as a VIP now wants to buy the expansions but they aren't available as options through the DDO store. He did purchase an iconic (PDK?) and now it appears that none of the expansions are made available. When I purchased both expansions (a little while back) I know I did so through the store.

Where do you go to buy the expansions if they are not available through the DDO store? We have already confirmed that he has not already purchased them...

If anyone has some thoughts, I would be very grateful.

    Thanks in advance!

Expansions aren't in the store. The store was revamped recently, and in the revamp it lost the ability to offer bundles. The expansions are considered bundles, so they went away.

You can still buy expansions from the DDO Market, which is available from the "Store" dropdown at the top of this (or any) forum page.

This info helps enormously. I let him know, and I'm sure he'll be happy.

Thank you so much for your time!
