    You can't change your alignment if you currently have any paladin levels.

    While you're investigating this, let me just say that this isn't a new bug. I've had it for awhile. I'm not sure if that helps direct your investigations to a new place, but it seems to be something that the update spread to everyone while some of us have had it for at least 4 months. I think it started with the warlock update for me.

    i just submitted a ticket. bought an xp elixir and did not receive it in my inventory.

    update: don't know if this is some kind of fix for it, but I had the persisting fire due to lag while in Von 4. after the quest was done, I logged off all the way out and back on. I saw this upon logging in

    (Standard): Redeemed Major Experience Elixir.
    (Error): Error 0x80043007 received when trying to retrieve information about any support tickets associated with this account.

    my xp elixir that I bought was in my inventory.

    yah 2 toons with pally levels see nothing for alignment change in the ddo store while my other toons who have no pally lvls see the alignment change items. Buying it to use for after I use the +5 heart...

    nice, 2-+5 hearts to change 6 toons with pally levels for divine grace. I thought this was a joke and had been talked about and fixed to a +20 for all toons?

    I tried to buy astral shards The store took the t.p. but didnt deliver the shards. This was done through the re roll for loot option when viewing a opened chest contents.

    --- I tried re-logging character after reading this thread after relog the shards were there along with a message saying I redeemed them.----

    Anyway, the new update killed my toons, robbed me of 30 astral shards and made the store an intellegible mess. good work, keep up this way.

    Overall, I think the new store is OK. I like the new layout. Sad to see that the lack of a cart is now going to eliminate the Determine-Your-Discount possibility.

    My biggest problem that I haven't heard mentioned is the color choices. Whoever decided to put the item descriptions in a light gray font on a slightly darker gray background obviously has perfect eyesight. I'm having to strain to read the descriptions. Please add this to the list of things to fix.

    I too am seeing the delivery problem, but at least Turbine has acknowledged this. Looking forward to this being fixed soon. This will be a big problem for those emergency items that are needed during a quest. I've occasionally realized half-way through a long quest that I forgot to stock up on mnemonic pots or needed a res cake and the store saved me. I would hate to run into to that situation right now.

    - The new store should have display options: 4 items, list, icon list (current). Currently it loads every item in the category you've selected and thus is much slower than the old store. showing 4 items (in addition to having them sorted), minimizes the load.

    - The new store should allow the user to view all the items in one category even if that category has sub-categories. For example adventure packs or bags or augments. Maybe by double clicking (to prevent the list loading anyway if you want to go to a sub-category) or using the old store way (by showing the tree path and allowing to click on an earlier branch)

    - The account items filter all items for your account. With the old store you could unselect the "filter for character" option and look at all the account items without being able to buy them. This was very helpful to plan future purchases or gather information about prices without the need for a brand new account for testing purposes. (eg. to answer a forum question or tell a friend how much something costs or to plan what packs to purchase while being VIP or after your sub stops)

    - The new store definitely needs a cart.

    - The slider bars are too narrow to click.

    As for layout and aesthetic view, the new store is worse than the old.

    Trying the store now at 8:20am ET on Argo (150 people online) on a Friday morning I wouldn't expect there to be a mad rush on the store by people just checking it out.

    - It remains much, much slower than the old store.
    - Gray text on gray background for the item descriptions is a terrible choice, made worse by the transparent background.
    - The loss of the cart is a huge downgrade in usability.
    - The scrollbar is way too thin. It's impossible to see and difficult to use.

    Who approved the colors for this? The description text is practically unreadable and the scrollbar (which is in this screenshot, believe it or not) is effectively invisible.

    Had some fine people on another forum help out with some research. It appears that while the servers for Xsolla's servers are either located in the continental US or else have the best ping time from California to Russia I've ever seen (and I mean stupid good times just 4.48 times light speed) they do use a Russian registered IP address. Definitely not turning off our country IP blocking from Russia (and it's not something that allows exceptions) so I'll have to switch internet connections any time I want to purchase something now. Highly disappointing but it's a reality that companies are using IP blocks from other international resources now. I had the background to figure this out but a lot of people are going to see the blank screen and not even suspect that something on their network is blocking the store traffic due to a foreign IP.

    Umm No it doesn't. I tried a few ties got a message that there was an issue with delivering the items. Now I don't even get the message, still no items. Coupons says they have been used but no items

    Message is back it says there was an issue and the items will appear the next time I log in. Given that I have seen the message for a few logins now Im thinking that aint gonna happen

    Any chance this changes or a workaround is offered - perhaps an alternate server for Turbine purchases that doesn't have a Russian IP for the store? I can say you've already lost some spending from me as I would have loved to buy a key to rerun a raid last night but ended up just logging out instead because it would have taken too long to switch to an internet connection that does not block Russian IP's, reconnect, buy the key, switch back, and play. I understand if this is just the way it is but I'm hoping that Turbine or Xsolla might have a solution. I can just say that opening up the IP's is a non-starter from a technical standpoint as we don't have the option for exceptions and the country blocker is too important to turn off.

    There is no shopping cart in the New store. If you are getting more than a few items it takes forever and is not fun , ( read game killer)

    The Epic Destinies on sale don't show up. Is there a way to purchase them while they're on sale even if you aren't level 20?

    Edit: Never mind. I forgot they are included with MOTU which I bought about a year ago.
