    Default new monster manual for 27

    so in the update 27 preview video tolero mentioned a new manual. could someone see what monsters are in it? i don't have lammania anymore and i'm sure others who don't have it are curious as well. she mentioned that we can get mysterious remnants from them 1k per mob type for a total of 10k for the manual.

    They would probably need an entire monster manual to cover the sheer number of drow in the game.

    Out of curiosity, did someone on the dev team come up with a clever way to reduce the labor required to create monster manuals?

    The first few were supposedly super labor-intensive and thus got essentially discontinued after first three or so. Then after a long drought we've had two new ones in rapid succession. Is this a new thing, where we could expect even more in the near future?

    If so, kudos. I loves me some monster manuals and never wait for sales. I consider them must-haves the day they become available.

    I think they decided to pick the monsters that have a smaller amount of types. Illithids vs Elves.
