To speak briefly on a couple of suggestions we've seen: Yes, we are looking at some form of "sorry" bonus for Ghallanda. One concern is that we'd prefer to resolve this issue before offering a longer-term bonus, if for no other reason than putting a bonus on the server could actually increase traffic to the server, which could increase the number of people being impacted by the server's issues. That said, we agree that we're not in an ideal environment, and are talking about our options.

In regard to the suggestion that we "just move everyone to another server already": We have been investigating the issues on Ghallanda as a top priority for a while now, and so far it does not appear to be hardware-related. For example, we've completely replaced all of the server's hardware, and it's still happening. We are looking at other various possibilities, including the possibility that it could be a corrupt character's data or subset of characters' data (it's extremely rare, but has happened at least one other time I can recall.) If we were to send the population to a different server, there's no guarantee that we might not migrate the issue to a different server, or even worse, multiple servers. We're also looking at code-related things, among other avenues of investigation.

We do understand how frustrating it's been. It's been very frustrating for us as well.

Ghallanda has reopened, and we will provide more information on our investigation when we can.

Although I exclusively play on Khyber, I've been seeing so much **** on the launcher relating to Ghallanda and I can sincerely say my heart goes out to you... hope it gets fixed soon, as unlikely as it might be.

5 would be more than enough for many players and would give people like yourself the opportunity to move some characters to another server where you could play them while G-Land is down.

If the demand is high enough then it would give Turbine the impetus to either merge G-Land with another server {Wayfinder} OR allow even more free transfers off said benighted server.

While I wouldn't complain if they threw an Otto's Box at me, until they can figure out the culprit to the problem initially, the extra stuff like that isn't going to help me a whole lot. It looks like they're working hard at it, and that makes me happy. After they've got the kinks out, though, I'd gladly accept the handout if they were so inclined. :-) (to me, the XP stone from the Otto's box would make more sense than a +5 heart. Like a "Since you couldn't play, at least your character gains some xp out of the deal".)

a 750 TP code

Essentially paying for a missed life both in terms of xp and TP from favor. I'd also give all guild leaders on ghallanda, 1 per account:

a "token" (or whatever) that generates enough renown to get to the next guild level plus one more
