Default Where do all the bolts come from?

I am in a PD guild and rolled a Rogue Wizard that I will use a Great Crossbow with. We are not allowed to use the AH and gear only comes through questing so money will be very tight. What is the best way for me to keep stocked with bolts for my crossbow? I ran a single quest and flew through about 150 bolts. I've never bothered with quivers much in the past because my only ranged character was an arti with conjure bolts. What is the best way to stay stocked with bolts without taking up a ton of inventory space or having to re-buy between quests all the time?

    Any thoughts?
    Thanks.

Take 1 level of arty for conjur bolts.

Edit ~ Don't worry that the bolt will only be +1. The + on the bolt and the + on the xbow don't stack. It's one or the other, whichever is higher. If you always have an nice + on the xbow the bolts are just fine at +1.

Thin quiver: 3 stacks of 400

Harbor vendor: buy 500 bolts (400 in the quiver, 100 slotted)
Dennith vendor: buy 400 +1 bolts

That should get you through a few quests.

House Denieth favour gives you access to a vendor with better bolts and quivers.

If you can get enough Use Magic Device:

Flame Arrow level 3 Sorcerer/Wizard spell:
Turns 1 regular or masterwork bolt into 500 flaming bolts, each one dealing 1d6 fire damage.

    Scrolls/Wands, UMD 28:
    Object Desire, House Phiarlan

    • Corual Laoli <Scroll Vendor>
(no haggle, 1 scroll, stacks to 100) 37 platinum for 500 flaming bolts.
[0.074 platinum per bolt, 50000 bolts per inventory space]
    • Panlamin Felwrought <Wand Vendor>
(no haggle, 1 wand, 50 charges) 1,125 platinum for 25000 flaming bolts.
[0.045 platinum per bolt, 25000 bolts per inventory space]

Scrolls and Wands do not require the regular/masterwork bolt material component.

Also good news: with Fletching in Mechanic, you gain 80% returning on all bolts. So your bolts will last you 5 times as long. Not to mention, ammo now drops in stacks of 100 instead of 20. So you get 5x as many bolts.
