"Improved" Alchemical clickie shards

When making a pair of light and fire alchemical spellpower clickies for my favored soul, I noticed there were two versions of the "Improved" shard.

One uses pink dragnshards, and one doesn't.

Both appear to be the same otherwise (3x/rest, +15 alchemical spellpower).

What is the difference?

Different ingredients and different crafting level minimums.

Lots of shards have different recipes, makes levelling easier and is nice if you're low on certain ingredients.

I think this is due to these items being shifted from an older system.

The spell pass made some of the spell power clickie shards that once had different effects with different ingredients now have the same effect but they still have different ingredients.

Or use +20 pots from house J.
Bigger bonus, less inventory space and no need for weapon swapping.
Or Dethek Runestone for 20 universal spellpower.

There are also Commendation of Valour pots for another stacking + 25 universal spellpower for 10 minutes.
