2 little changes, seriously, little changes

Just 2 little things that would make a difference...

On the character select screen can we get a mail icon? I have multiple toons running auctions and sometimes I don't remember to check on them, especially not when I'm focusing on one particular toon. It's just an icon to let me know when someone has mail.

Also can the guild buffs be on a separate line from my self casted buffs? Or at the very least consolidated into one icon? I'm tired of having to examine my character just to make sure I still have slayer/xp/ability/take your pick items going. I also don't want to stack a bunch of potions on top of each other and then waste them when I hit 28 and want to raid for a while before eTRing or TRing.


That's it...just to little UI changers that imho would make a difference.

The mail icon...eh wouldn't affect me 1 way or the other.

The guild buffs though...make ONE icon for the amenity bar buffs and then have separate icons for the resist buffs...or better yet make 1 statue for the resist buffs and 1 icon for them also.

Not so sure that these would be small changes that can be easily implemented. However, I totally agree that all the shipbuffs are clogging the buffbar and you can't see buffs like xp, lootgem, etcpp without examining yourself.

So yeah, can this be changed?

hey Sev, hint hint. these little annoyances that can be improved on can go a long ways to making a lot of players happy.

Some great ideas here... I would like the buff list to go across my entire screen instead of stopping about half way across. Having all the guild buffs in one icon is a superb idea (just the new ones which don't dispel on death), keep the legacy buffs though as separate icons though so you can see if you don't have them.

He most likely has xp/slayer pots he either purchased from the store or got from the cards. He doesn't want to drink say 5 sov pots that gives 15 hours of xp bonus at lvl 27...get to 28 and not need the xp pot bonus anymore and waste 12 hours of it because he didn't see it in his buff bar since the guild buffs fill it up. He would like to see he already used an xp pot and doesn't need to use another anytime soon.

(although he can always examine himself and see easier how long he has left on an xp/slayer pot)

XP potions run whenever you're in a wilderness area, a quest, or a raid.

At level 28 running endgame raids, presumably you will be in a maxed out destiny and will likely already have 6 million karma in that sphere. Any endgame raiding done like this will cause your XP pots to run down, but you aren't actually getting any XP, so the pots are in effect wasted.

Yes I agree with both of these.
I often mail items I might want to use on other toons. Sometimes I let those toons remain dormant for a while and forget to pick up their mail and end up with a lot of returned messages and I forget who I sent them to. If there were mail icons on the character select screen I wouldn't forget them.

And as much as I love and appreciate the amenity buffs, they really do clog up the buff bar/character examination. One icon to show them all would be great.

I'd also like to see the energy resistances consolidated into one icon. The other one-hour legacy buffs can stay separate, since they're gained separately and disappear on death.
