Can't take a metamagic before pal lvl 4 - no spells yet. So it has to be, say, a tactics feat, or Dragonmark, or Cleave to unlock MS.

It's a bit of a free feat...What I would recommend is to push THF to level 3, and instead take the Dragonmark of Passage at level 1. This way you will get expeditious retreat at level 1, so you can start zerging immediately Then at higher levels you could swap it out for cleave for momentum swing, or while leveling up put points into the human tree so you could pick up dimension door (only 7 APs in total for DDoor!).

Agreed on the dragonmark. Expeditious Retreat from creation is super nice, and DDoor rocks.

I'd also switch around the order on the later feats:

12 Empower Healing
15 GTHF
18 Quicken

Then I might not even take quicken. If you can manage a dex tome, I think I'd rather go with:

12 Empower Healing
15 Precision (requires 13 dex)
18 GTHF
21 Overwhelming Critical
24 Quicken

I would take precision. If I didn't qualify, I'd reroll so I did. If it couldn't fit, I'd remove power attack and replace it with precision.

Is Precision so hot even for THF builds? I don't qualify for it atm. Perhaps I'll ETR and try precision. Just 24 levels to go...

+25% fort bypass is great for all fighting styles. +5% to-hit is irrelevant for all fighting styles.
