I would not expect anything based on this tweet:
"DDO Unlimited @DDOUnlimited · Sep 7
Are you planning to roll up/TR into a melee class when Update 23 arrives?"

Fred is always an option, if your only concern is different feats. And care to spend the time to do it.
A +20 heart is almost mandatory with these changes.
Are you any kind of fighter? You need to LR
Do you have overwhelming crit? You might want to LR
Do you want to use a shield with vanguard? Don't know why you would...but LR
If we don't get a heart, that'll be a blatant back hand across the face.
The change to overwhelming critical does seem a bit demanding. What are they going to do, take away the feat and leave an empty slot? Free feat exchange token? +20 LR seems drastic, but something has to be done with so many feats being changed. A free LR would seem far more likely.
Of course,if a few months ago a mis-guided white-knight hadn't posted on these forums that Lockania was giving away infinite feat swaps this wouldn't be an issue.

Sarlona: Mercilless, Maliciouss, Relenttless. Plus others.....
I gave 3 examples, "most" would imply 2 - which is incorrect.
If you want vanguard you'd need fighter levels. If you don't have any fighter levels, your "just an LR" won't work.
To become a paladin, you'd need more than "just an LR".
That's 2 out of 3, nullifying the "most" part of your sentence.
The original +20 hearts were given out because with the sweeping enhancement changes, many builds were literally broken. That's a different thing than them coming out with something you think you might like better.
If somebody wants to try vanguard or paladin after the changes, i don't really see how that's different than somebody who wants to try any given class or build now. If i decide right now that i want to play a fighter, but my only character is a rogue, is that justification for expecting a +20 heart?
Beware the Sleepeater
Hi,
I prefer not to reincarnate right after an update, so I did mine a couple of weeks ago.
Thanks.
So roll a new toon. That's what you do if you want to try out a different build. TR, buy an LR, or roll a new toon. The only time they should hand out LR's or hearts is when they are *forcing* you to do a different build, not when they're opening up the *possibility* for you to do this.

Already working out particulars to TR my soon to be useless Epic Completionist sireth wielding trapper cleric
~Turns are useless in this level of content along with undead red names.
~Quells & beholders & mid 50's saves & multiple waves of mana draining Inferno & lightning Immune Abbot= not useful in EE new Raid
... except maybe to wandwhip ice islands between encasements and failed spell casts.
Bladeforged Divine Crusader Paladin looks promising...
High Saves, Immunities, and UMD for stacks of Resurrection scrolls looks more useful than trying to spam pot chugging half successful heals at scattered players with quells, beholders and level drains and healing cursed inferno's with no shrines or mana regen options.
