Lesser Heart of Wood gone terribly wrong.

So I have a toon who was a 2 monk/6 ranger/8 fighter. I tried to LR her with a +0 Lesser Heart of Wood--you know, the one that doesn't allow class changes.

Somehow, after using the heart, I was a 10 ranger/4 fighter/2 monk.

I know the heart wasn't the +20 heart because i used that heart awhile back on that toon, and i looked for the +20 heart on that toon before remembering I used it already to change it out of Paladin some time earlier.

Well, now I can't build the character I wanted without either deleting it and starting over (+3 tome to STR and +2 tome for all other stats) which would waste all my tomes, Grinding it out to 20 and TRing, which is a lot of work to have a ranger past life that would be completely worthless on a melee toon, or take a couple weeks to use some +5 hearts to fix the SNAFU, costing me money to fix a problem I didn't create in the first place!

I put in a ticket, and was given the answer that they were looking into it. How long does it take to do this analysis? it's been 2 days. how much longer do i have to wait for resolution?

This is a long time to not get any help.

I had an issue with a non-fuctioning DDO Store item a few months back and it took around 4 days for it to be completely sorted, on the third day I had an email confirming the particular purchase then on the fourth day it was resolved.

You could get a fighter past life out of it. Not monk, sadly, but if you use stunning blow maybe a fighter PL might not be the worst thing.
