Missing bladeforged after purchasing shadowfell collectors edition

Hi All,

I got the expansion shortly before upgrading to vip, so I never realized I had it. Felt I only went to vip, got quests (for some reason) but no expansion. Well, now that I pulled my head out, I realized the iconic is locked to me. I submitted a support ticket, but was wondering if this is a known issue with some customer end option to use?

Bladeforged was a preorder bonus, last I heard. Even if you bought the expansion, if you did not preorder, you would have to get Bladeforged separately.

Bladeforged, shady-ka , and sparkly elves do not come with shadowfell. Only iconic you get with shadowfell is PDK.
Unless as stated above you pre-ordered shadowfell

The $50 collector's edition comes with all iconics except Bladeforged, which as mentioned was a pre-order only bonus. You can buy Bladeforged separately, though.

The $30 standard version comes with just PDK.

Ahh, ok. So it was something normal. I keep not finding it in the store, so I thought it was something else.
