An Arrow of Slaying does Weapon Damage +250
Your slaying arrows "at the most" are doing 259 damage with 42 STR and pinion.
Therefore Pinion is doing 9 damage with 42 STR.
Pinion does 2.50 [2d6] + 7?
42 STR is +16 damage?
