Bought Turbine Points, didn't receive double bonus points.

Dear Turbine,

Lured in by the double bonus points offer, I just bought the (UK) 3600 (+5400 bonus) points package for £39.99.

I have not been credited with my extra 5400 bonus points.

Please can you either credit my 5400 missing points, or refund my £39.99, so that I can avoid issuing a chargeback for non-supply of stated goods.

Did you mean that you were only credited with 3600 points, and are owed an addition 5400 points? That's not mathematically possible since you can't have more bonus points than base points.

EDIT: Oh, I see, you got 9000 points total, meaning you bought a package with 3600 base and 5400 bonus. Which seems highly unusual.

Could you post a screenshot showing that package? The list of packages you showed are the US packages, all of which have larger base points than bonus points. (The bonus points become larger than base when doubled, though.)

If you bought 3600 points, and received 9000, then you did receive double bonus points. You can see in the example you have posted how the normal bonus point amount is crossed out, and the double amount is listed above it.

the 5400 IS the doubled amount. that package would normally be sold as 3600+2700"Bonus" points.
