I was going to put up this exact same request . Please my monk didn't like her white scale dress but some white scale pyjamas would be awesome ..

Also more there are no naysayers to this request. We monks just calmly ask to be treated equally

And, please, for the love of all things DDO, do NOT put backpacks, huge shoulder pads, weird rock necklaces, or strange things wrapped around the hips(on females???!!! No female in her right mind would wrap extra fabric around her hips!) Just clean lines in something people could actually do those moves in would be marvelous.

I think they should give us dragon Kilts instead. And of course real men don't wear anything under their kilts.

Women can wear thongs if they wish.

    Get to it graphics department!

Since what we're demanding in this thread is pants, make dragonscale outfits ONLY pants (plus a dragonscale bikini top for female characters, natch).

    I'm only half-kidding.

But they would have to remove handwraps and make shoes monks' weapons.

This made me laugh so hard. Particularly the rock necklaces--I could never fathom whom in their right mind would want to accessorize with a Flintstones necklace whilst doing martial arts or meditating etc.

    Default DDO Store

I could also see them giving us an option to change the skin via DDO points... and I'm sure lots of people would do it. Revenue is revenue. I'd support it.

Pretty sure those are meant to be wooden prayer beads in the style of real-world Shaolin monks.

While a lot of the martial arts outfits in game do look kind of silly to Western eyes, many of them are actually more true-to-life than most of the armor skins.

YES, Please DEVS, give monks the option to wear PANTS and not SKIRTS!

You can easily make one Outfit by cuttin the model of robe in half and get the torso and arms from Outfit and the lower parts from the light armor.

    PLEASE, DEVS!

btw, signing this for 3 years now...

Would love this, except my only concern is that they'll introduce more Spider-spun look-a-likes, which don't look so much like pants, but rather that they've just re-coloured our naked bodies the colour of the garment (in that case black). Seriously, it looks like we're wearing spandex, not clothing. It's silly.

Get a proper designer in there to make some reasonable outfits. We've been asking for this for years.

Then again, finishing PrEs has also taken years. Think we're up to 4 years now?

I don't see why my characters should wear pants, since I never do while playing.

I'm always in favor of being able to wear pants as a female..
..though I wouldn't argue against a cute skirt, either.

Anything over those skimpy outfits they have them wearing; I don't see male toons walking around showing off their underwear..
