Lots of fun in Small Problem. I log in to find myself half-alive, my hireling dead, and 4 names greyed out for my partymates. When each logged back in, they turned into red font names - lots of fun.

I know things were getting pretty choppy for a while... Was in the middle of an Echrono end fight tanking Voltron. Lots of cloud kills went up, and when the smoke cleared I was behind him and another player was in the tanking position. I didn't move an inch, but somehow we completely switched spots. O.o

The whole server just went down as my party were about to enter elite HoX, 1 cleric didnt come back.

Thats a whole quest down because this system is dying around us.

Can someone tell me after your extended 'maintenance' why this can happen.

It's my fault. I built a Strength based Halfling Sorc and the server couldn't handle the stupidity.

I don't have any characters on ghallanda but I was able to connect to the server and get to the character index pretty fast just now. I saw a few reports of servers down a few minutes ago in the General Chat forum, so maybe there was some major connectivity issue (as opposed to server issue...)

Let's hope it was a one time thing, like maybe someone flipped the wrong switch somewhere...

Your data center dropped *everyone*. The why... well, that is for them to tell you probably per contract agreement and not something we'll probably be told what happened.
