So I crafted a set of +4 Holy Silver Threaded Handwraps of Evil Outsider Bane (the best that I can do with my current crafting levels) and they seem to break devil DR as expected.

However, they do not break Harry's DR (on hard - only test so far).

I must be missing something pretty obvious but can't tell what it is. Any help gratefully accepted.
