Default How much Dodge bypass do purple named creatures get?

Spell Resistance is overcome by Spell Penetration.
Armor Class is overcome by Attack.
Fortification is overcome by Armor Piercing.
Dodge is overcome by Dodge bypass. [Really need a name for this mechanic.]

The tech already exists in Shadowdancer (Grim Precision) to bypass enemy Dodge rating. So how much of that Dodge bypass is going to be added to purple named monsters? Not exactly something that players can test easily.

I'm voting for Combat Reflexes, given the suitability of the name, and the fact that the existent pnp feat with the name won't ever be added as is due to the difference in combat structure in DDO.

Currently there are no monsters in DDO that use the Dodge Bypass stat.

    Edit:
And yeah, the name could use revision.

When it happens, expect it to be around 25%. Much less than that and it really won't be very noticeable or effective against Uncanny Dodge.

IMO you should remove the 25% cap on dodge that appears to exist and grant Combat Reflexes (or whatever you end up calling it) to some bosses.

It will make monks 'dodgier' than light armor classes, helping with their defenses a little.
    I don't have a zerging problem.

    I'm zerging. That's YOUR problem.

How do you even know if Grim Precision, Opportunist or any other Fortification reducing mechanic is actually working?

or how they stack even for that matter?

You know I had been using the Superior Sarcasm font exclusively but it seems in a unannounced hotfix they slipped in the Sovereign Sarcasm font... keep up the good work guys!

The elite green dragon was pretty good at bypassing my rogue's 25% dodge and 25% incorporeal. He didn't get a single miss. I suspect his bludgeoning damage works like a spell, and doesn't use the usual combat system.
