Default Disjunctioned Shard of Power still BTC?

As title, does a Shard of Power stay BTC after its been disjunctioned?

Yes it stays BTC. If you want a BTA one, you need to either buy it from the store, get it randomly from any chest (extremely rare), or do the event that gave them out. Ice festival I think it was.

Yes. Still BTC, still minimum level 13. It's the persisting minimum level that annoys me, personally.

Funny, i made one the other day and put melee alacrity on it. LVL 3 just as expected. I even slapped a Master Crafstman on it to drop it to LVL 1.

Yeah, it's a disjuncting bug, not a shard bug. When you disjunct anything, it retains the ML it was before. This is auto-corrected the next time you apply any shard to it, though, so as bugs go it's pretty benign.
