detached combat chat window

hi, somehow this window got detached from the others (general, party, guild).

how do i re-attached it?

Drag the window to the type text area of the main window.

There's also an option under options->ui settings that allows you to reset all chat windows if you ever mess it up too badly.

no luck with dragging it, but the reset check box work!

The dragging isn't intuitive. Instead of dragging it to the tabs on the chat window, you have to drag the renegade chat window (by its tab) onto the bottom of the main chat window, between the clickable eye and the area where you actually type. There will typically be a word there.

The window you drag will get added to the end of the chat window list, which means you can use this technique to easily reorder your chat windows. They don't have to be unattached to do this.
