Essence Farming List?

I've looked around and I cant seem to find a list of what item Prefix's and Suffix's give what kind of essences. Effectively I want to know what Prefix and Suffixs count as "Level 5" and what type of Essence it will be, so when I'm item farming can be selective on which ones I keep.

That is unless I've managed to miss a post somewhere that has that.

For level 5 decons, I personally use the OP from this thread for the ease of use.

A much more detailed list from this thread can be found here. When I need more info, like say there aren't any cheap ah items for level 5s so I want to look for level 4s, I'll go there.
