Disclaimer: The below is my personal experience and may not be typical, but I'm posting to ask if others have seen the same.
Crafting recipes appear to occationally get "stuck" on a failed result. On one occation I had a 80% chance of success shard fail 8 times in a row. On another, a 75% chance craft failed 5 times in a row. While I could be just increadibly unlucky, the odds of 80% failing 8 times are approx 1/400,000. I believe I've seen the converse as well, but it doesn't stand out as much because of the rising chance of success after each successful craft.
It would go a long way to fixing player confidence if the log or a dice roll would show the d100% roll for crafting success/failure when you attempt a craft. That wouldn't prevent errors from problems in the random number generator code, but would at least make players feel like we understand what's happening when we happen to make several bad rolls back to back.
I did submit a bug report with the above information, but as the players get no visibility of what's happening in the log, I'm not sure how something like this can be addressed.
So I'm mostly just posting this to ask if anyone else has seen crafting recipes seem to fail far more or less often than they should?
