Affix inquiry for (Greater) Twilight and Good Luck

I could not find any information on this outside of the game, and I am currently not a PC with access to the game.

Are the affixes Twilight, Greater Twilight and Good Luck +1 and +2 prefixes or Suffixes?
Which enchantment level do they have?
On which items can you put these?

According to the thread linked in my signature, twilight is an armor prefix and good luck is a trinket suffix.

Do you plan to add mentioning the enchantment level on each of the shards, in your thread?

The lesser version is a +3 Enchantment effect, and the greater version is a +5 Enchantment effect.

The linked thread is more of a menu than a cookbook. The idea behind it is to help with big picture planning; once you decide what powers you want to put where, then you can go to the in-game shard machines to hammer out all the details. (What level crafter do I need to be, what kind/how many essences, what the ML will end up being, etc...)

Besides all the clutter making the thread harder to read and thus less useful, it would be quite alot of work! heh.
