So if I read this correctly, that means you lose your class levels over 20 when you TR, but not your progress in the Epic Destiny trees.

They said yes, look at the chart. What they feats are is a mystery.

    Correct.
You can keep unlocking and leveling up new Epic Destinies. As each one is five levels of work, it will take awhile to get through a lot of them.

Doing so will give you access to more abilities to put in your Twist of Fate slots, which make that ability active no matter which Epic Destiny you currently have as your active Destiny.

So true . . . but for the love of all that is holy please DO NOT rebalance old content for what we will be as our over-powered level 25s.

Kill-stealing can become problem. And it can stack 100 times? Where can we fight that many mobs that can be killed in 10s from each other?
    I love this ability.

Epic lob arti and assasin trash wave. Tell the group you are popping this and and to move on to next mob before kill for you to finish. Theres about 15-20 spawns and by the time you got them all you should have 8-10 of those kills at least. +200-250% dmg boost is huge. If you dont think so go into rushmores and get a quad dmg and think man i just wish I had half of this. Not to mention -50% dmg taken throughout that fight where some pretty nasty arrows and spells are flying about.

I don't think they want you to hit 100 everytime you use the ability but Im sure many will try in elite Weapons shipment or maybe the servants of the overlords epic end fight.

Looks like it, but looks like levels 21-25 will come at the same xp costs as a first lifer, rather than the increased cost. Kind of a shame you still have to level up those levels again tho.

If you take that one you're going to be hitting people with flowers not handwraps.

Hard to say yet, but it might be a blessing in disguise for those who really want to have all the epic destinies unlocked since repetition xp is what kills you when running for xp.

Basically, leveling upto 25 if you so choose each TR might be a much faster way to level then trying to get xp from the limited number of available places for xp at level cap 25.

I assume not, but don't see a specific answer.

Will you get action points for levels 21-25? Or just the level effects?

Bah, while you are leveling up those levels again, you can be unlocking an completely new destiny while automatically getting stuff from your twists of fate slots you already have.

You have to gain the XP for those LEVELS again, but the progress you made in your DESTINIES remains the same and is cumulative.

For example, if i cap a character and pick a destiny path...and stay with it til 25, I will have it maxed out. Now, if I TR and cap, I will still have to get xp to get to level 25, but I will have that same destiny maxed from before, and I can choose a new destiny to work on.

Also, if i remember correctly, you only have to be level 20 to TR.

    Yes, 20 of them.

I would go so far as to wager that, at launch, we'll see deliberate TR strategies designed to open some epic lines sooner ... particularly given the number of xp boosts now available.

And anyone going super completionist can now take a break at the cap periodically and both farm gear *and* work on epic levels.

Will you be able to change your Epic Destiny path by changing your outfit to a different dress or will you just have to place your XP spheres in a different location on the grid?

That's a good insight, depending on xp penalties for doing level 20+ quests overlevel.

That depends on whether or not the twists of fate slots and/or the abilities slotted there have minimum level prereqs tho.
