Question:
Is the BaB and Saves progression in epic levels independent of class?
Is class even relevant at epic levels or is it a standard 'epic level'? This makes a big difference for multiclasses/capstones (and caster spell slots)
If I climb the tree, can I then use a rope to tie myself down so I don't fall out when I fall asleep and get killed by more uber warriors on the ground?

Particular epic destinies might. In any case I'm wanting to see some more balance come to the classes in this game. I think the blue bars will live. In any case, barbs aren't getting their 12 hp each of those lvls and full BAB types aren't getting their +1 BAB per lvl. And I think that's fine. I want to see some really awesome stuff and abilities, but I don't want to see utterly drastic change in static numbers.
On the other hand, those d4, d6, and d8 blue bars are going to get a boost to HP that they don't normally get, as well as higher bab (for some) than what is usual if they are some melee hybrid type.

AP are tied to each Destiny. The only thing from your non-active Destinies that applies is Twists of Fate, which let you choose a few abilities from non-active trees that you can use.
Will any Epic stuff be usable in Heroic quests? Could I, for instance, max out my Epic Destinies and then use that to solo Elite Shroud and post a screenshot on the forums to make myself feel superior to everybody else?![]()
Some of the Destinies will have spell point increases, either as automatically granted abilities or available in the trees. Some won't.
You can sort of think of the Destinies as if they're Epic Prestige Classes, and convert the five "Epic" levels you take into "Legendary Dreadnought" or "Exalted Angel".
