If you do all those on normal and hard you only need a couple other quests in with them to get into Giant hold. Giant hold until 13 where you hit vale. By 14 if you have a good guild you will have no issue getting in on raids.

PS> The #1 thing to quick leveling is a group of others who are leveling with you. LFM -accounts for more time than the quests if you aren't careful. If you have 6 people leveling together you get 0 min LFM
