Maybe have a black panther or lion variant, it would be interesting. (When you approach the mob shifts into cat form)

lets see wyverns, drakes, corps collectors, ettercaps, ankhegs, all the dragons, linnorm, roc, death sheep, boneclaws, nuckelavees, wyrmlings, centaurs, hook horrors, phaerimm(even though there is a dead one in game), goliath, bulette, cockatrice, chimera, and last of all giant space hamsters
