    There's no good answer to this one. Every second before a party wipe, I'm trying to prevent it. If there are portends, I have no time for them.

    Vengeance reaper spawned and a noob (me) killed it before all other mobs nearby dies, then everyone dies of massively buffed mobs :P

    As a solo player, every death is a party wipe.
    Often there is no warning other than being suddenly in "Oh no!" mode.
