If your character could only have ONE weapon for the rest of its lives, which would it be and why?

Doesn't really matter because I am going to run with a warlock...

I miss that I can no longer go with WoP rapier as my awesomest weapon

Psionic blade - of course this does not currently exist within the confines of the DDO world, but why would I be limited to one 1 weapon in a lifetime? Scavenging from the dead & equipping yourself with upgrades has always been the way since the dawn of time. If I was limited to only 1 weapon, then it would have to be a level 1 weapon even as I reach level 10, 20 or level 30. Think it through.

I am rather partial to my (unfortunately BtC) Night's Grasp +1 Longbow of Greater Aberration Bane.

And if you don't know what Night's Grasp (or Greater Bane) is, get off my lawn before I put my dentures in and bite you!

One weapon for the rest of my lives... Honestly I would have to say my heroic scraps of enlightenment. Just because they can last quite some time. Good for all types of monsters

sounds like someone doesn't like dual wielders , but I guess that means i'd stick with a Bow.

My Spinal Tap Bastard Sword? At level 7 it's a pretty decent Bastard Sword to take into mid-late heroic levels.

Something that isn't damage oriented but instead focused on utility (e.g. water breathing, increased run speed, blindness immunity, etc.).

A oo stack of https://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Bottled_Fireball or tornados would be nice... Fits all classes and auto levels up with you from lvls 1 to 30.

Would be nice to see some more living weapons in this game (that automatically adjust themselves to your current lvl). Inventory management is such a pain.

I'm a monk. My fists are lethal weapons anyway...but if I must choose one I would say Ethernal Rest. Only level 2 so I can use after TR directly (stealthy repo gives enough xp to lvl2 with 0 kills) and OP enough to go through 2-30.

Anwer is simple. A knife. They come in thosands of combinations, and can...
1. It will Kill! "watch forged in fire"
2. Can cut and spread butter "there's a knife for that"
3. Can skin an animal "you guessed it"
4. Fly from the hilt "thank the Russians for that!"
5. Self defense " you only need one kidney"
6. Be used by Swiss army "apparently?"
7. Eat your entire meal with cause other utensils are overrated!
8. Never have too many of "ask the Apache"
9. Fillay sahaghin with "ummm hum good!"
10. Do just about anything "ITS A KNIFE WHAT YOU EXPECT!"
