Hello fellow low-post-count ddo-er. I too have been drawn out from the Realm of Neverpost, in order to bring awareness to the mac unplayability issue. Tis a bad sign when the Neverposters arrive at your doorstep!

Is unrealistic to ask for any sort of compensation for not being able to play for so long? Maybe it's hard to give something to just mac players - but maybe you can just give everyone a little something? Even the people who aren't on macs surely are missing their mac friends like me *wink*.

With all the Bugs and minor upsets that Patch brought, everyone sure needs a consolation prize.

Where would you like us to place any bugs we r seeing with the new update? right now im playing a monk and in zombie form, every now and again i will be untargetable from heal spells except cocoon and renewal. Also healing ki gives me 0 healing. not even 1 and im at about 200 healing amp so even tho zombie form, i would expect at least 1. Also noticed when we went up in skulls in reaper, my healing decreased from all sources even tho i wasnt the one healing myself. others were healing me for 700 in r3 then 100 in r6. Sustaning song heals negatively and was doing decent amount 20-30 then the next quest i was getting 1-3 negatively and couldnt figure out why. Thanks for the patience with all of us

I feel for the dev's that were up at that hour way past their scheduled work day I am sure, trying to get a patch together to work today.

as far as i can tell, the "hotfix" seems to have fixed things that most players care about and left the Mac client standing on coals. the Mac client now crashes at the character selection screen and not after hitting Play.

Hi,

please note also, that the vampiric function from the macabre wraps L10 also never heals anything (monk melee)- on reaper it heals nothing even on reaper 1.
But thanks for the new if/then part in the launcher- it goes no really quick, because it is not loading all loading screens everytime.

is there still no word on what's going on with Mac not loading? ...it's after midnight here and this will be day 5 of not able to log on...

so far, none of the fixes work for my Mac, and even the new Wine launcher Cordovan just linked to opens the
Resources folder because it can't locate the client. so i've been unable to use the Beta-Wine client because no one changed the key mapping in the source code when compiling, unable to use the legacy client for days each time you all update, and now the new best hope is a bust too...also, i just got another canned response from support to reiterate that you all "don't support the Mac client." this has just become absurd.
