Water domain doesn't give swim skill, release notes are wrong

I can't be bothered to put up screenshots, suffice to say I LR'd and chose water domain. It doesn't give you bonuses to swim skill, even though the release notes say so:

Level 2: You gain Water Breathing. You gain +1 to Swimming and +2 Cold Spell Power (Glaciation) per Cleric level.

Also it should be +2 swim per level, just 'cause swim clerics are awesome and should be more incentive to play one.

If it gives a swim bonus it is a must have, which means foregoing a more practical domain, even if the swim score becomes even more epic. Tough one.
